Gone are those days where Banks and Financial Institutions were ecstatic in serving the customers who had a “need”. The situation now pushes these Banks and Financial Institutions to identify the “wants” of their customers and serve, by converting it to be a “need”. For instance, three to five years back, no one would have believed that you could hold your bank in your hand phone, but the time has proven that.
