The Software Export industry has grown by 52% in Karnataka contributing exports of Rs. 27,600 crores during the year 2004-05. The State has contributed to 36% of the total software exports from the country.


STPI, Govt. of India and Department of IT, Govt. of Karnataka are together awarding the Karnataka Best IT Exporters for their major contribution to exports during the year 2004-05.
